Northwest District Homicide Arrest

In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Northwest District on March 13, 2024, detectives have arrested 24-year-old Kameron Oliver of Baltimore.

Oliver was arrested in connection with the fatal killing of 49-year-old Christine Liddic-Rozzell, who was killed in the 4000 block of Alto Road.

On December 19, 2025, Kameron Oliver was extradited from New Jersey and brought to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with 1st-degree murder.

Northwest District Homicide Investigation

On March 13, 2024, at approximately 7:17 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 4000 block of Alto Road for a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located a 49-year-old female suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound.

Medics responded to the location and transported the victim to an area hospital, where she later died.
