Monkey stabs female

The Frederick Police Department has arrested Terrance Jermain Oney, 44, of Williamsport, Maryland, in connection with the homicide that occurred in the 1200 block of Danielle Drive on January 26, 2026.

During the early morning hours of February 3, 2026, detectives with the Frederick Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit arrested Oney without incident. He was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.

On January 26, 2026, at approximately 6:01 a.m., officers with the Frederick Police Department responded to the 1200 block of Danielle Drive for a reported stabbing. Upon arrival, officers and detectives located three victims suffering from stab-related injuries inside the residence. One victim, later identified as Tia Channelle Holland, 44, of Frederick, Maryland, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Two additional victims were injured during the incident, including one juvenile. Due to safety concerns and the ongoing nature of the investigation, no identifying information about the surviving victims is being released.

Oney has been charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of attempted second-degree murder, and three counts of first-degree assault.
